For one I had to pay $100 for nothing. I canceled the windscreen because it came in scratched. Still got charged. Second I asked for help to pay the mechanic, but no help.
You gave us a one-star review and we did not even do the job for you, shows what kind of person you are Renee, You agreed for me to order your glass. Your glass was coming from a different state hence why I needed to charge you the hundred dollars (And you agreed before I ordered the glass) because that is what I am charged when I transfer a glass that is coming from a different state. Hope you understand now. And second of all, I’m not a mechanic I’m an Auto Glazier, we replace front windscreens for vehicles and side windows and rear glass, next time in future, do not agree for a company to order your Glass understanding that it will incur a fee for the glass to arrive as it’s coming from interstate and then cancel, And then you expect not to be charged a fee for cancelling?
