I had an exceptional experience at Melbourne European. To begin with, the reception staff were remarkably friendly, helpful, and approachable. Despite a slight language barrier, they went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. Their patience and willingness to explain things thoroughly, despite me being a non-native English speaker, were truly commendable. Moreover, the mechanic, Tim, exhibited a high level of professionalism. Despite encountering a complex issue with my exhaust, he provided detailed explanations and viable solutions. Tim's patience and helpful demeanor left a lasting impression on me. I can confidently say that Melbourne European is the best workshop I have ever encountered based on my own experiences.
