The young man who came to assist me when my vehicle broke down was very good. However, I was quoted $700 but when I was sent the bill it was $890 when I called and asked about the difference he denied quoting me $700 and told me it was $900 he reviewed it and charge me $830.40 which I had to pay on the afterpay system. He wasn't helpful and very dishonest. I will never use them ever. Bad customer service and dishonest. It would be my first and last time ever.
This is incorrect, We actually record our phone calls and will happily show you. We told you roughly $900 over the phone in which you miss-heard $700. The price came in under that at $890. Even then we helped you by offering afterpay and also discounting the price to help you. We could not of been more assistance and am disappointed with this incorrect review.
