Service was completed promptly and they put the car straight on charge when complete. Nice couple of scratches on the bonnet, probably from dragging the charging cable across it. The service technician changed the dash display settings and I have been unable to return these to normal. Nothing in manual re changes made. When I rang for help they first asked me to bring the car in (over a 2-hour drive) then asked me to take the car to the nearest mycar (that is them). When pressed Jordan who had previously been helpful just said "I don't know anything about them", regarding my model vehicle. Had previously been told by staff the tech who worked on electric vehicles didn't speak English regarding another question. If they don't know anything about them possibly they shouldn't be servicing them. Found the scratches when I washed it after just driving home. Can't prove it but there has been no other opportunity for the damage to happen. Suggest detailed photos before and take your time checking the car on collection.

The guys were great. Explained and reassured me of the state of the vehicle. Couldn't get the tyres I needed, but we're sincere about it. Great customer service and I assume great mechanical service :)

No paperwork or explanation was provided as to what work/checks/software upgrades were undertaken on the vehicle.

I booked to have my BYD ATTO serviced well in advance & when I arrived on the day of the scheduled service they told me the BYD mechanic would be off duty for nearly 2 weeks, no advance warning so it was a waste of a morning.

No advance notice of cancelled booking due to BYD technician leaving the workshop. Totally wasted my day. Will reconsider MyCar for future services. Will not recommend for other BYD owners.

I was not given a copy of the service that was completed ie what items were checked. Advertising says a log book service. I was told it is digital if so couldn’t that be emailed to customers.
I also had to pay for parking. The service time was good only 1.5 hrs.

Staff pleasant to deal with. Quick turn around time was appreciated.
