I called the day before and was told the car would be ready by 1pm. When I called them at 2pm, I had been told that they hadn't even started on it. I had to waste the whole day until I was able to pick it up, which wasn't until 4pm, and was not notified then, that it was ready. I received no apologies. Will not go back there again, they were not friendly and they treated me with no respect because I am a female and they felt they could talk over me.
