The service took more than 5 hours which was much more than expected.

I was expecting a free wheel alignment as I bought a full tyre set from them a few months ago. I don’t have any record of the promise though. Another thing, I noticed a fair bit of scratch on the windshield that wasn’t there until I picked my car from them.
