Car service was done. Communication was pretty poor. They didn't give a very specific time for the service to be finished and then never rang to say it was already completed. This led to a lot of wasted time. There's also nothing very concrete to represent the service just a long list of things that were supposedly done or checked. The one actual problem we mentioned they said "Not our problem, take it up with BYD or Spotify." Just generally average really.

The staff is professional. They know what to do with my car. It is my habit to wait for the car while it is going through service. However, this service garage does not have a good customer service area where I can sit down and do some work on my computer. This is in contrast with many auto service centers this day. Fortunately, although they warned me that it might take some time, it turned out that the service was quick, but this is the first service so nothing complicated will be expected.

Great service as always, I dropped my car in just after 9am and it was ready in just over a hour.

First-time user well-organized place and helpful staff. The only reason it isn't a 5-star is that they didn't need to do anything to the car apart from replacing a wiper blade so can't judge the quality of the mechanical work.

Generally OK, but 2 issues, on collecting the car, they couldn't print out the receipt they told me it would be emailed, still waiting! Every time I turn on my car now I get a message that car is overdue for service - obviously this is incorrect and should have been adjusted during the service.

They have not resolved the issues raised by me.

Very friendly and informative. Car was serviced completely and ready for collection in just three hours. No complaints at all.
