Friendly and helpful Manager who provided me with a report detailing mechanical issues with my car. Happy with their service as they called to say my vehicle was ready, but when I couldn't pick up my car, they kindly offered to keep my car secure overnight in their workshop.

I was happy with the inspection and cost of the service but I feel like the receptionist over-exaggerated some problems with my vehicle, to try and make a sale. Not sure if he thought I was clueless or what. Told me my tyres need replacing ASAP and that it shouldn't be driven, it still had 3.5ml or tread left on them. They told me the vehicle shouldn't be driven at all. Had a second inspection done by a different mechanic and he told me the issues were not as bad as they were made out to be. I was happy to see a list of jobs that needed doing but I did not appreciate the scaremongering into making a sale.
