OK, I have total trust in City Discount Tyres Osborne Park! Was quoted $550 for a job, but the issue was fixed for just $340. It would have been easy for them to charge me the price they initially quoted, but they obviously have great integrity! I highly recommend these blokes. The end!

The extra little things they say they have done, they haven't. It says checked tyre pressure and clearly, they didn't as one of the tyres had only 24 psi in it and says a washer additive was added which it wasn't as it was empty.

Noticed my wife's car had a different exhaust/engine sound after a minor logbook service. After 900 odd km, I decided to investigate as the sound was definitely different and the car was now much louder. Discovered the mechanics hadn't clipped the engine air cleaner cover down properly at the back and the engine was breathing in dirty air.

This is the 2nd time I have taken my car to City Discount Tyres Osborne Park for mechanical work and logbook servicing. The quality and price of the work done is excellent.

Connor explained the issue in layman's terms and what to do from now. Very friendly and efficient lads, cannot fault them. As per Murphy's Law, my car drove fine when he took it for a spin. Highly recommend Lube Mobile, not the first time I've used their services.

This was our first experience with Lube Mobile to replace a battery that had died in one of our vehicles. I would not recommend using this service. After being quoted and paying online, the mechanic arrived outside of the booked time slot and said that his office had put a more expensive battery in his van and that it would actually cost more than quoted. After some determined hard selling by the mechanic for us to take the expensive battery at an extra cost, he finally agreed to return with a battery at the quoted price. After installing the battery and warning lights appearing on the cluster, he said this wouldn't happen if we had taken the more expensive battery and asked if we wanted to purchase it again. He said he would need time to diagnose and proceeded to spend an hour trying to get the warnings off of the dashboard. During this time we diagnosed via a quick google search that it was the car requiring a short drive for sensor calibration purposes and when suggested problem was satisfied. The process took between 2-3 hours.  I acknowledge this may be an unfortunate isolated incident with the mechanic that visited us on that particular day and gave 2 stars since the issue was eventually rectified but it was by no means an unpleasant or care-free encounter (was not the fixed price at a time that suited me as advertised).

Unfortunately won't be heading back for mechanical services again but have had historically good experiences on the tyre side of the workshop. Business looks to have changed hands since I have last been in for work.
The main issues were: poor communication on booking, service updates, and poor follow-through on committed timeframes, overrun on the duration of the service due to internal scheduling conflicts, the workshop not being able to fulfill the 'pick-up' part of the service offered (had to Uber back to the workshop instead, related to time overruns), an absence of filling in the logbook as part of the logbook service; and, a delay in getting a tax invoice for business records due to issues with their invoicing/email applications.

They didn't fix anything or give a solution besides telling me to go to a dealer, which is exactly what I am trying to avoid......the guy acknowledged himself that if there was a solution, they couldn't do it anyway

My Airconditioning wasn’t checked for leakage before gas was filled, it ended up having a leak and the money I spent on gas was completely wasted.

Fabulous work by the guys, air con is icy cold again and cars running great. Will definitely be taking it back for its service due soon, loan car was so great to have also so I didn’t have to take the day off work.

Daley Motors rescheduled the appointment for a week because they were overbooked and only provided quality service. Then on 06/04/22, we had my Kia Optima serviced at Daley Motors to re-gas the aircon and regular logbook service. The regular maintenance was more expensive than other services. As a result, I expected greater transparency. However, even though it advertises free wash and vacuuming, the workshop did not vacuum the interior or rear boot. The staff also did a slack job with the wash; watermarks in the back were left unwashed, and the door hinges were still dirty. Mr Neil (at the reception) stated that they do not clean the boot, but neither did they vacuumed the interior. You can only imagine what "quality service" was done with the engine. I would recommend this workshop. Edit: 1 star. The air conditioner stopped working on 06/05/22, and the poor workmanship does not justify the high servicing cost. Before it was regassed, the air conditioner was not inspected for leaks. On 09/06/22, I returned to the workshop to address my concerns, and Mr Chris Daley said he remembered the episode but refused to acknowledge the issue. He also stated that if I removed the negative review, he would consider charging a fee to fix the air conditioning. I am appalled at the lack of customer service recovery efforts.
