My car is running beautifully and I am very happy. The mechanic's name was Nirmal. I am also thankful for Nirmal's patience as I had a bit of difficulty with Afterpay. Eventually, all was sorted and the full job went ahead. I added work on the rear brakes to my initial job request which was for a service, and I am thankful Nirmal could fit it in. I paid this company, and in return, they endangered me and others on the road. I went to a reputable company this morning to get a full check as I was concerned about Lube Mobile's "Work". They advised 1) The brake backing shield was loose, and not put back on properly. It was making contact with the other parts of the wheel and causing the screeching noise. 2) Loose bolts. 2 loose on each wheel, control arms and joints. The driver-side bolts were very loose. If not tightened it could have caused a serious accident. The mechanic I ended up taking it to was very surprised at how loose they were and said I was lucky it was found and corrected now before serious damage was done. Lube Mobile is Dangerous and reckless. After a day with Lube Mobile, my vehicle is worse off and I actually paid money for some incompetent mechanic to make my car dangerous, then ignored the fact, when it was reported back to him. Replacement of two shock absorbers. Armesh started the work but didn't bring replacements, fine. He removed the old ones and then went to collect replacements that would take "only 30 minutes", it was actually 3 hours. He brought back one that was not the appropriate size. So he left again. Finally completed the job and he took it for a test. I suggest he get a hearing test. I drove the vehicle and it is screeching with the slightest turn of the wheels from the very first corner. The parts are not reinstalled properly, torque! I made contact and he said he would return to look at it. I waited an hour then asked him when. Nothing and still waiting. So the decision he made as an employee was to ignore and forget! Unbelievable.

Straight in to do the job, had no appointment and that was no problem. Would recommend, good prices too.

I use Lube Mobile for all my general services. Great service, always polite, on time and have never tried to overcharge me.

This was the second time visiting the team at Ultra Tune Gosnells. The first time they fixed my brakes and brake pads as they were completely shot, and this time they performed a service and a variety of other works on my vehicle. While I did encounter some issues after leaving (the headlight blew after being replaced and needed a wheel alignment after they replaced the lower control arms), the team has been nothing short of amazing in working with me to get these mistakes corrected. They have been fantastic in working with me to meet all my repair needs as I drive an old car that needs a fair bit of TLC. They are flexible and reasonably priced and the customer service is outstanding. Shout out to Lachy for being an absolutely delightful character and a pleasure to do business with. Couldn't recommend you guys more!

Lachy is very professional. I especially love the video and explanation that is sent out prior to any work being done. I’ve been to many mechanics and as a woman, I am an easy target. But have had my last 2 services done here and I will happily have the next 20 done here as well. It’s a 35-minute drive from my home but totally worth it for the service that is provided. Ultra Tune Gosnells is in safe hands with Lachy.

The driver for Lube Mobile Melbourne was reassuring and made sure that everything was tested and the car was running properly after the battery change. He was very accommodating and understanding when there was an issue processing the payment.

Service was performed in a timely manner and quotes were to be sent through for additional work picked up during service. My only criticism is with advice on timing for arrival to perform service. I was given a four-hour window, which made it difficult to plan my day. Why can't we be given a more specific timeframe? Even a two-hour window would be more acceptable. If I were to advise a client that I'll be attending a meeting somewhere between 8 am and midday, that would be the end of our relationship. Service was great but a shorter timeframe would make it more likely that I would book a future service.

Service was great, kept in touch about arrival times. Happy overall.

These guys are very good, been coming here for quite a few years now.

I was very pleased with how they explained everything and gave me the opportunity to decide what I could afford to get fixed.

Turned up did a basic look over told me he was going to get the scanner tool and would call me to scan it for code, haven’t heard anything back.

Very professional, and went above and beyond. Will be continuing to use their service from now on.

My car was booked in for 8:30am and I arrived at 8:00. The car at 10:00am was still where I left it. I finally got my car at 11:00 am. Yes I booked on line and you send messages to remind me to be on time: I am handicapped and can not walk far. No reasonable excuse only said you booked online?
