Staff were friendly. Very informative and knowledgeable. Suggested repairs but didn’t push to do them. Communication was great. Will definitely use them again.

Have been to 3 different MyCar Service Centers over the past 3 years and feel very comfortable with all 3 MyCar Service Centers. Have received professional service, nothing is too much trouble, very honest work, completed on time and accurate estimates if extra mechanical repairs are required. Time frames met on returns for additional repairs. I must say that I find all Staff to be friendly and professional and I always feel valued from the initial booking to the completion of work, with follow-up where required. MyCar Service Centers is my preferred place for all mechanical repairs. Big Thank You to MyCar Staff for their dedicated commitment to their Customers.

I specifically requested that the tyres be rotated. Unfortunately, it appears that this service was not completed as initially indicated in the service report. Tyre Rotation Not Initially Completed. Despite noting the requirement to rotate the tyres when booking the service, it was evident upon reviewing the service report and inspecting my vehicle that this task had not been performed. After raising this issue, the tyres were rotated within a very short time, less than ten minutes, which leads me to question the thoroughness of the initial inspection and service. There was no prior communication regarding the non-availability of a shuttle service to pick up and drop off the vehicle. This caused significant inconvenience as I had to make alternative arrangements on short notice.
