The service was overall ok, they told me about my tyres, what I would say is poor that I told them an issue about my car making a really loud unhealthy noise, and I thought it could be the belts. They said there nothing wrong with my car yet after driving for 10mins the noise is back. So for a basic service yeah go for it, but if you wanting to know if your car is ok no I would not recommend.

My car went to service on 8/02/2024. They serviced my car and told me my car needed to fix a couple of things and he said he would send me an email or call me. I didn’t get back anything from mycar Tyre & Auto Richmond. Finally, after the service, 
4 days later the car wasn’t working and I was brought to the car by a different mechanic, he asked me how I drove this car before they fixed the steam well pump and brake pads, advised Lucky you didn’t get an accident. I’m not happy with mycar Tyre & Auto Richmond service. They are not reliable.

Booked for a service b on my X class Mercedes Benz online and got a date easily. Got there in the morning of the service date early and was told they would call when my car was ready. Got a call around 12 pm that the car was ready. Did not realise that they were so prompt, the service was very good, cleared errors, and advised if it comes back they will do extra work on it. A+ service! The staff are very friendly. Recommended to all!

Went for an oil change, and after they had done it I had a major leak, as they’d put the wrong part in. So I had to go in again to have it fixed. They didn’t charge me for the fix, the staff was pleasant and all of that, but it wasn’t a good experience overall.

I have been using Eason's Car Centre for a number of years for servicing my small fleet of European cars. During this time I have found the service to be excellent. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly and customer focused. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

Good communication and service was completed well. Price of the part went up, but I was contacted and asked if I still wanted to go ahead.

All good although would appreciate some sort of formal report for the money.

Absolutely terrible service. Arrived over half an hour late, and then told me that he had to come back later in the day to have a look. He said that he would be back that afternoon, so I went to the shops that morning. By 11am, he called me and told me that he had come back and fixed my car and that I had to pay him over the phone. I paid him and when I got back home, my car was more broken than it was to begin with! He had broken the wire that pops the bonnet and then closed the bonnet so that I couldn't get back in to it (which he denied doing!). He also installed a new battery but didn't connect it!? I'm sure that this was a ploy to earn more money - make sure the poor little girl can't get in to her bonnet so that the mechanic can come back and earn more money. He also had my key for the entire weekend and didn't drop back it until I asked him over and over again. He also didn't explain what was wrong with the car or what he was doing. He was also quite rude and acted like he didn't have the time of day for his customer. Really terrible experience.

Daniel, the Mobile Car Mechanic was very pleasant and good with his inspection. I was pleased with the works that he carried out á expected. We decided to have Daniel back to repair and service the car that required attention.
