Customer service was friendly. Feel the service was rushed as I was unaware of them closing early on a Saturday. No communication of possible issues with the car as I expected to receive at least some form of breakdown of things needing attention in the near or distant future i.e timing belt is due for replacement. Unsure of what the free roadside assistance includes, how it works or who it is with and am expected to look this up online after noticing it on my invoice. Felt it was quite overpriced for the service received and not as thorough as previous services.
