While they did identify that my air conditioning wasn't working due to the lack of coolant in the radiator, they tried to tell me the head gasket was gone in my motor and that it needed a new engine. This was despite not doing a pressure test on the motor. They also tried to tell me my car was overheating when I knew it wasn't.
Consequently, I took my car to my regular mechanic for a second opinion. He did a pressure test and took the car for a drive and found no issue whatsoever with the motor. I can only conclude that this business was vying for expensive business.
HI We are extreamly sad to hear this however We booked you for aircon diagnoises. We found your aircon is working good but your car engine temperature was high after diagnoise your car straightaway without letting you wait. We find the reason why temperature is extremly high it had no coolant in it. And infront of you we put approx 4 litres of Coolant in it and told you it needs further diagnoises as you couldn't afford to spend money on it. We never said its definitely headgasket we told you it could be head gasket as it was throughing all the coolant out. And We agreed to you taking to your personal mechanics. For whole job include 4L Coolant and Labor to diagnoise Aircon and over-heating issue we charge you $55 all up. Feel free to contact us if you want further info. Regards
