Booked in at 9 AM for a few minor services and a pink slip, and was told it would be done in 30 minutes by one staff member. I was waiting at a nearby shop, but no one called back after 2 hours, so I had to call and check them personally. When I called back, I was told that the car was not ready because they were busy, and it would be done in 1 hour. After 1 .5 hours, I received a callback and was told that it needed another service, 2 tyre replacements, which I agreed to. The total time waiting for this service was 6.5 hours. No priority was given for having booked early and reserved the available spot. The reason I booked for this place was because they had an early time available for service and I needed the car back urgently. When I turned up, I was kept waiting another 20 minutes at their office. What's more, no receipt was given. If they have many bookings why make the availability? I would not have booked in if they didn't have the early spot available. Honestly, for wasting my time, this is 1-star service for me, and I will not be coming back. Not recommended.
