Hello Holly-Jo, I want to personally thank you for your fantastic feedback! Your new car is in excellent condition; however, the service history is very vague in detail. This is the first time I have worked on this car, so I had no idea what it needed before I started the service. So, I looked and checked over the car and found out it was due for a major service. All of the filters (air, fuel, cabin, and oil) were all very dirty and clogged up. I showed you these filters, so you would understand why I changed them.
