Unorganised and lack of communication. Got given a qoute and price to do the job so had it done and paid for it. Picked up the car and hour later get a call saying I need to pay more. Asked for an invoice and can't even get that done

We submitted an estimate which was not a fixed price, following our conversion I did tell you the price but due to being busy and chasing parts I was not in the shop and they charged you the wrong amount. I did not think you had such a massive issue but I try my best so it does not happen to anyone else. Our goal is to get every single car back on the road asap and it is not easy.
