Left the car in worse condition than it already was, he couldn’t fix it cause we needed to pay for another part, now we can’t even move the car if we need to move it, it’s the way he put it back together after he checked it, we could still move it before he touched it.
You had booked your vehicle for front brake pads only which was pre quoted, when I inspected your vehicle it was the rear brakes which was completely worn out (Metal on Metal). I advised that your vehicle required rear pads and rotors hence there was a difference in the price. I physically did not remove any braking components so did not effect the mobility of your vehicle, you refused to repair your vehicle and I charged you my repair call out. During a phone conversation you asked me to refund you the repair call out and only then you will remove your negative review which is very unfair.
