While the work done on my car seems to be fine, and they are competitively priced, the customer service is terrible. Don’t expect to be greeted with a smile or any kind of patience. The person I dealt with was rude, blunt and called my car a piece of rubbish (and while my car is an older model, it’s still in very good condition). I won’t be returning.
We advised you that your vehicle was not in good shape. You chose to use the S & R word about your vehicle and that is your prerogative. We gave you a list of faults on your vehicle and you advised us that you did not have the funds to do all the repairs. Your vehicle is still not in good condition. Good luck in finding a smiling mechanic who is going to charge you more and lie to you about your vehicle as it seems the smiling is more important to you than the price and quality of work.

Always a great experience with the Kew Ultra Tune guys. John and the team are always thorough and take a long term view to your vehicle's maintenance needs. Some people think a car shouldn't cost anything to maintain - but seem to forget it's a complicated thing that needs bits fixed and maintained. The kew ultra tune team provide good advice, never pushy about what a customer needs to accept or not in terms of items to fix/replace, and are always competitively priced. Thanks for making it an easy process.
