The booking and ordering process was fast and easy and stock was readily available. Work was completed in a timely manner. Staff experience was excellent with clear communication. More than one staff member on the desk would have reduced wait time on site. (Approx 20 mins). There would have been further work available to the shop but we were presented with a lead time of 10 days and advised it would be difficult to find anybody who could do it sooner. Two phone calls to other providers and we had 2 offers for same day service that afternoon or the following morning from both respectively. Transaction processes were impeded by EFTPOS system failure. The Yellow dot on the tyre represents the hardest point on the tyre and should be aligned with the valve which wasn't on 2 of the tyres. Tyre pressure was much higher than the car manufacturer's recommendation for the model and was not consistent across all four tyres.

With their efforts in completing the tasks on hand made it possible for me to help others.

I took my car to KAR Auto Services to have the ignition barrel fixed, they replaced the whole steering column however as I was driving home I noticed the cruise control wasn't working. To be safe I had my daughter check the brake lights indicators etc everything was working other than the cruise control. I took the car back to KAR, they put my original steering wheel back on the car but called to tell me the reason the cruise wasn't working was because my brake lights weren't working. I disagreed with that as we had checked them the day before but they insist that the brake lights weren't working when I dropped my car off and I would have to pay another $200 for 2 brake switches. I've had an auto electrician look at the car and the brake switches are fine but there's no power to the wire NOT the switches. Upon checking the relays under the bonnet the auto electrician also saw the starter relay casing had been removed and the copper wires were exposed, when he touched the exposed relay the car started but the keys were not in the ignition they were in my hand. I now have to purchase a new starter relay and pay the auto electrician to fix the problems that KAR has caused. I will NEVER use KAR again and I will not recommend them to anyone. I am absolutely disgusted with these people, I'm disgusted by the way they have conducted themselves and I am disgusted with the lack of care for my vehicle.

I do not recommend OMG Tyres based on my recent experience. I visited them to replace all four tyres, on recommendation from a friend. However, I was disheartened to discover that OMG Tyres charged an additional charge for each tire, exceeding the market price for the exact same tyre. Despite the claim on their website of complimentary wheel alignment with the purchase of four new tyres, I was unexpectedly asked to pay an extra fee for alignment after the wheels were removed. This has left me dissatisfied, and I have no plans to revisit OMG Tyres. I advise others to exercise caution and remain vigilant regarding potential deceptive practices.

Asked for one thing to be checked, was highlighted on the work form. When I saw no notes on the invoice I questioned it with the staff member who said “It must be ok then”. Didn’t ask the dedicated EV person if it was even checked.
Extremely annoyed as I did state was taking the vehicle over the Nullarbor and due to many reported issues with the 12-volt battery asked for one check to be done and still don’t know if it was completed or how healthy my 12-volt is. Won’t be going back to East Perth.

I was running late, yet they were still happy to fit me in. This was just a general service and it was very fast, took just over an hour! (Disclaimer - I did add extras like diagnostic and wheel rotation, and no other mechanical concerns were found/advised on which may shorten service time). Great service all round! Would definitely book again.

Competitive price, did the job ok but just a bit disorganised, didn’t show up on 1st home visit, ended up canceled after the given timeframe due to the new parts were not ready, 2nd appointment brought the wrong parts.

Only one person needs to test drive a car when the job is done, there were 2people in my car maybe more, and the petrol that was used was not indicative of a test drive, I will never use KAR Auto Services again. Also, there were broken pieces of a new sparkplug in my engine bay which I have kept to show to the mechanic that I'm getting to go over my car, also my car was immaculate when I took it there, I got it back filthy, when I did the quote with them the price was $750 which was outrageous, to say the least, especially the way they treated my car, they tried to hit me another $10 that was my workshop experience.

mycar Tyre & Auto Wanniassa CE was unable to carry out repair required due to the CVT transmission requiring a transmission specialist to perform. Michael and his team were open and upfront regarding not being able to complete the repair and provided referrals to specialist's who were capable of repairs. They also provided a detailed report for the Transmission specialist. Will definitely be taking my car back to mycar for future services.

Chris and the team were friendly and accommodating. He provided good information regarding the service process and followed up during the day regarding extra work required. On pick-up, another customer waiting for their vehicle was very positive about his experience with mycar previously in another location and explained that's why he made the booking with mycar when he moved into Brisbane. He commented that he's found mycar honest and reliable. One extra comment, maybe think about including an automatic doorbell on the front door so that staff in the workshop know someone has entered the premises. Both times I was there, I needed to stick my nose into the workshop to let them know I'd arrived. Thanks for the deal, mycar Tyre & Auto North Lakes.

This was my first experience at Ultra Tune Phillip and it was great. The mechanic was able to explain things using technical jargon as well as using simplified terms to ensure my understanding. I appreciate him taking this extra step while not being condescending as well as keeping me up to date at every step of the way. I appreciate the effort put in by the Ultra Tune team and I will be returning for my next service.
