Karl Williams and his young apprentice (?) are a credit to his business. Carried out the log book service perfectly and made recommendations for consideration at the next service.
Free loan car was a godsend to be able to do other business in Wangaratta while waiting for the major service to be completed.
Will definitely use Williams for my next service.
