Sai Auto Care

I dropped the car in at 8 am. Before I left I did ask what time the car would be finished as it was their first appointment. 11-11:30?? "Yes, it should be done by then" I don't think my car was first to be worked on as the car was finished by 12:30. It was a front wheel bearing replacement that took 5hrs. When I left the yard my rear tyre was low in air. Straight after leaving the site. I went home to pick up tyres I had swapped that afternoon by 2 pm and they actually pointed out that there was something embedded in the tyre. Turns out it was a broken drill bit. A small size. I rang to inform Sai Auto Care but they were adamant it wasn't from their yard. I dismissed it but have learned to pay attention to detail from now on. Would I return? They're lovely people but I'm not sure I would.
