I think the owner of this business Jason is exceptionally great. I engaged Pearson’s services for an AC regas and thought their price for this was competitive. I expected them to charge me for add-ons that were not necessary which they didn’t and I was pleasantly surprised. That prompted me to engage them again to then do a service and attend to fixing my cruise control. When I raised a concern about how the cruise control matter had been dealt with by a team member, Jason stepped in and kept focussing on getting to a solution until it was fixed. I appreciated this very much which will cause me to use Pearsons again for my next service. I have no hesitation in recommending Pearsons over and above any of the multinationals as it’s a family business.
