I took my car in for a standard service, but they kept it for the entire day. Although they identified some simple repairs that needed to be done, they didn't complete them on the same day. Later that night, the car broke down, causing significant trouble for me and forcing me to find a solution urgently. When I brought the car back for repairs, the manager fixed the problems in just 20 minutes, but they still kept the car for the entire day. Additionally, the manager attempted to upsell me parts by claiming that my car was at serious risk if I didn't agree to the additional repairs. However, when I took the car to another mechanic, everything was fine.
