Unfortunately won't be heading back for mechanical services again but have had historically good experiences on the tyre side of the workshop. Business looks to have changed hands since I have last been in for work. The main issues were: poor communication on booking, service updates, and poor follow-through on committed timeframes, overrun on the duration of the service due to internal scheduling conflicts, the workshop not being able to fulfill the 'pick-up' part of the service offered (had to Uber back to the workshop instead, related to time overruns), an absence of filling in the logbook as part of the logbook service; and, a delay in getting a tax invoice for business records due to issues with their invoicing/email applications.
