SAI Mechanical Repairs

I was annoyed when I had a few things that needed to be done ($1000), and one of my requests was to investigate the rear tyre, which was losing pressure. I had to fill it up every two days or so (from 32 PSI down to 21-23 PSI). I was only advised that it didn’t have a puncture, so I’m left wondering what’s going on. There was no further investigation into the issue, and it's still a problem. It's frustrating having to keep filling it up, and it’s probably causing problems with the other tyres, since not all of them have the same PSI. Plus, the tyre is noisy, and I don’t know why. When I asked for two front tyres and specifically mentioned I didn’t want noisy ones, I was charged $120 each. Also, I didn’t request it, but my clutch is on its way out, and this wasn’t reported to me. I thought a car clean, inside and out, was part of a car service, but obviously not. There's been no customer care. The loan car guy didn’t go through the terms with me, nor did he record all the damage marks, etc. Fortunately, the lady at reception knew about the existing damage before I used it. If she hadn’t, would they have tried to charge me for it? I washed the outside and cleaned the inside of the loan car, and only used it twice. It’s a pity my own car wasn’t cleaned when returned. The old sticker on the windscreen wasn’t removed, just placed near it. That’s just lazy and not good enough. In all my years, I’ve never had a car returned with the previous sticker still on it. The only positive was the option to use HUMM for payment, and the lady at reception was great—she seemed to know more than the mechanics and helped me get more information. She also assisted other customers while I was waiting. Thank God for her, because the language barrier would have been another issue. I’m still deciding whether to get a second opinion from another service centre. Depending on the information I receive, I may return to SIA to discuss these issues further.
