Rapid Tune Moorabbin

I booked a routine service for a 2:30 pm drop-off on a Friday. At 10 am I got a call from Rapid Tune asking if I’m still coming in, expecting a drop off at 9 AM. I had chosen a tyre repair as well which they were not sure about. The car was ready the next day at 12 pm, service info was not reset and the car was not cleaned inside or out. There appear to be some minor comms issues in the booking.
