Brisan Motorcycles

I bought a used bike from Brisan’s Motorcycle and paid for it outright in cash, expecting a smooth transaction. Instead, I’ve been met with endless excuses, delays, and a complete lack of communication. They kept telling me they had to “fix something” on the bike, yet I had to chase them for updates every single time. Up until now, I haven’t got any positive feedback or a clear resolution. I’m now planning to request a refund because this has been such a frustrating experience. Their customer service is shockingly poor, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Avoid at all costs!
