Ballarat Car Care

Owner was very friendly, courteous, and easy to deal with. His offsider/assistance was less so. They ran on time and were easy to find. The premises were clean and well maintained. The owner gave us a heads up on our brake pads likely needing replacement in coming services so we could factor in the cost, which was smart and helpful. We still haven't received the receipt for payment though. Ballarat Car Care has a Gmail email contact which isn't reassuring for a business to have.
