The service was good, they explained things well and didn't overcharge. everything they fixed seemed reasonable for a 5 year old car. They told me the battery would be fine for another 12 months and didn't need anything. The VERY NEXT DAY I was stuck in the 35' heat at the car park of the beach for 2 hours with a dead battery!!! the roadside guy who came out said the battery was totally dead and didn't understand why they hadn't told me to get a new one and of course being a roadside replacement cost a bucket more than if they had just done it during the service - didn't have a choice it was new years eve and it was get it done there and then or be without until the shops opened on the 2nd. Its just lucky I could find a little bit of shade to sit and wait until roadside arrived.
