Quartz Auto Care

Took my vehicle for a Road Worthy Certificate. Took my vehicle over 4 hours to be told its not them that do it, they take it somewhere else. I pick up my vehicle for them to only hand me a invoice stating that I had a engine oil leak, head gasket leak and also a timing cover leak. They didn't hand me the paper work for the failed certificate. Had a mechanic double check what they stated failed the road worthy. The mechanic lifted and show me all the spots that should "supposedly" be leaking. It was bone dry, no leaks. They have falsely failed me. I have called them to provide the road worthy failed certificate and I am yet to be provided with one. Absolute RIP OFF! They were trying to make money off me from these fake leaks! They shouldn't be in business. Will be taking to VCAT if they fail to provide me the failed certificate and I'll be expecting a full refund!
