I had left my wallet at home. I offered to direct deposit the payment. I offered to call them with my credit card number as soon as I got home. I offered to read the number out over the phone during the call. Answer to all suggestions... no! We will not release your car without payment on site! I explained that I don’t have anyone to drop me home to pick it up and that no taxi was going to drive me home and then to an atm. I was so stressed as I couldn’t even just leave my car there because I was travelling to Nowra for work the following day. Answer... no. The manager would not allow you to take your car without payment at the shop. Eventually I was able to find someone at work to lend me the cash. So inflexible and not personal. I would not use them again, would not recommend them and let my feelings be known on social media
