When dropping off I got a very rude reception, where the guy told me he didn't know autoguru and that I can't have paid for it, and that there is no way for me to be charged in advance (Can't remember his name but he is one of the 2 on the picture for the workshop). Pick up was terrible. There was no one at the desk despite ringing the bell many times. I had to go down to the workshop myself, twice, to get the car. There was a complimentary car wash on the description, and also on the invoice. But no car wash... Anyway, the service itself was fine. Otherwise I would have said terrible. Poor, as it is not the way to treat a first time customer.
