I had selected this place since the reviews were better. But what happened was I had to change my rear brakes and rotor together. I went in the morning, they are aware that I came in for a rear-brakes change. The first question to them was whether the parts arrived. They said on the way. They had the whole day to sort this out. At only 4 pm, they called and said they brought the parts only coming at around just before 5pm. By then it was too late to fix it. I had to come back to collect the car. Made another appt 2 days later. They were apologetic and understood they caused a big inconvenience. Sent the car in the morning. They said the parts were there. So expected car to be ready before lunch-time. They finished only after lunchtime. Went to collect the car. They remain apologetic and kept on mentioning the supplier had brought the wrong parts again. Bad luck on me or not, It was a great to deal of inconvenience and they shouldn't be using unreliable suppliers to harm their business.
