Yes. For logbook services, the service provider will sign and stamp your logbook to meet manufacturer requirements. If the service provider has not stamped your logbook, please contact them directly to arrange a time for them to stamp your logbook.

If you booked through AutoGuru and your booking has been confirmed, you can reschedule to a new date or time. Simply click the 'manage my booking' link on your booking confirmation email. If you need help email contactus@autoguru.com.au. If you cancel or don't show up and don't reschedule (and you have prepaid in advance), a $20 cancellation fee will apply.

If you’ve booked with a workshop, the service provider will usually require your vehicle for the entire day due to scheduling. If you’ve booked with a mobile provider, you will only be without your vehicle for the time it takes to complete the job. Find out more

I have been coming here for a while now and the guys seem to be thorough to date I have not come across any issues after they have serviced my car. They advise on what they think my car needs and do not pressure me into getting anything done. awareness is the key and for that, I am grateful, for the good price although the recent quote to change 4 spark plugs at $360 was a little off-putting after I looked up to cost for these. I think that could have been brought down a little as they already had my car there being serviced.
