The service was excellent, a video was sent to me which was very thorough, detailing a couple of issues that the guys found. when I went to collect my car they went through the issues and told me how long before id need the work done which was great. However, I did have a minor issue with my gearstick knob which was somehow broken. I emailed them immediately when I got home to let them know about the issue, I had a reply a couple of hours later to inform me that they would try to purchase one to replace mine. However, this was a week ago now and I've heard nothing from them! This is a really bad practice from them in my opinion. They also said they would speak to the person who did the service to see how it happened and let me know, I'm still waiting.
