Excellent service and very easy to organise. Frank was thorough, but after cleaning fan, the aircon made a shocking noise, which he said he 'noted' and would have to come back and look at it. This was during the hot weather and made driving the car unpleasant. Haven't had a follow-up or contact about fixing the fan. Thank you for your kind words. I did come back on Tuesday and fixed the fan. Upon replacing the cabin filter some fine twigs had fallen into the fan area.
