I had high hopes given the NRMA brand but disappointed as got the usual unnecessary service upsell of aircon sanitising and throttle body clean at $135 each. Car was in for a log book service, which required both cabin air filter and engine air filters to be changed. They didn't change the cabin filter (maybe cause I said no to the sanitising?) and the engine filter box only had 2 of the 3 clamps engaged and lid was therefore not seated correctly. They offer a car wash with each service, but when I go to collect the car it hadn't been washed. Go back to the service counter and told the "gurney isn't working" and given a card for a wash at a later date.....I bought a cabin filter and changed it over myself, secured the engine air filter box properly and you can buy throttle body cleaner for under $20 at Supercheap.
