Took my car there at 9.30am, was finished at 12.30pm. A little bit slow, but I guess they had other cars to service so not too bad. Only one couch and no TV entertainment. My car was not vacuumed as per the quotation document, to which they replied its not part of the service. When I provided the evidence they reluctantly agree to vacuum it. ... view more

This is the worst thing I could've done to my car, the entire service took such little time that I was shocked. The engine oil they used was already half dirty, maybe it was recycled. The washer fuild tank was filled with water instead of actual washer fluid! Don't be fooled by their full log book service, it's the worst thing you can do to your car. I regret not paying a little extra to just take it to a proper workshop mechanic for service. ... view more

thanks for the feedback i am a little confused as why if you were so unhappy with my service you waited until April to review me as i serviced your car in December. As for the oil i always use new oil your car i used a full synthetic 5w30 so that statement about using recycled oil is false. If you checked your oil 4 months after i serviced your car it will be a little dark in color by then. Your are correct in saying i use distilled water instead of washer fluid as it can affect windscreen rubbers making them noisey if you had requested windscreen cleaner fluid i would have been more than happy to substitute it at no cost. ... view more
