Sha serviced our Santa fe to our highest expectation. He advised us he had ordered the wrong water pump kit, for which I appreciated him being honest. The weekend delay was no issue. A cooling system leak occurred during testing, again he was honest. Honesty is one of the values I regard highly from a mechanic. Doing 100km/hr down the road miles from now-where, I don't want surprises. As requested he retained the parts replaced and was proud to display them. I will be returning to him for my next service. 2 weeks later a oil leak caused by a faulty oil filter gasket was fixed quickly. Note, it was not his fault but a part issue. ... view more
