I was greeted courteously and given an acceptable time frame within which I could expect the job to be done. The timetable was adhered too. An oversight due to staff difficulties as a result of shortages due to covid was experienced. When I advised Goodyear manager of this he apologised although none was needed, arranged a time for my vehicle to have the overlooked part of the job done and this at no cost to me.
