EDIT: After the period of lockdown, I finally drove my car and discover the mistakes made by the garage. First, a hose was disconnected. The garage told me it probably happened when I was 4W driving, unfortunately, too bad we were in lockdown (and if it happened prior the service I worry about the quality of their work as they didn’t spot that). Then, the alignment of the front tyres was faulty and I had to redo it. I am half surprised because the Mechanic told me they had an issue with alignment but ‘it is ok now’ (first time I hear that). When I booked, I also told them to check my fuel pump. Despite it has been clearly asked and reminded when I dropped the car, they call me Friday to tell me they can’t do it because I had too much fuel in my tank. This should have been told prior to the service. Obviously, service was not top end and now I realise why the mechanic was not talkative when I pick up the car (see my first review below). It was the first time a garage needed two days to do a service and obviously they just started day 2. If you book with them avoid Thursday and Friday as apparently people are less conscious these days and in the rush of the weekend. I won’t book them again. Original review: Big 100,000km service. Great communication and very friendly service from the reception desk. Car was cleaned when returned and everything sounds (and looks) OK at this stage. Good job from the mechanic's team as a Jeep Wrangler Diesel can be frustrating to work on. Very happy but would have just appreciated a bit more explanation from the mechanic when I picked-up my car. Not a big deal but, after two days of service, it is always reassuring to have a debrief of what has been done, what is OK or not on the car etc. I just had the feeling I was ''extracting'' the info from the mechanic. Hi Guilliame, I am sorry that we have been unable to resolve this with you despite contact. As discussed, the diff breather hose that you have identified via the picture provided can be affected by the modified lift that you fitted to this vehicle and can become disconnected when driving without further modifications made to extend the length of this hose. Our offer to arrange for the wheel alignment to be performed again still stands. On your original online booking you had not selected the option for a diagnostic (check) of your fuel pump and therefore it had not been created as a job or part of the work order. Anything that is typed into the "notes" section we will only be able to discuss with you at the time you come in person. With online bookings, we weren't able to have a discussion about this prior to your arrival. We were able to have a discussion with you once the car came in and we communicated that there would be an additional cost for this diagnostic and also that there would need to less fuel in the tank to allow us access. We apologise for the inconvenience that your service did in fact take 2 days and whilst a regular service certainly does not take this long, we did however replace a timing belt and carry out a transmission service in addition to the normal service items (book time of 5.7hrs) and this is a maintenance item that only happens every 100,000km or 5yrs and would have been the first time you have experienced this size service for your vehicle.
