Wasn't happy to find out after the service, that they had completely missed my front brake pads that were almost down to bare metal and needed replacing! Which makes me suspect that they never checked out a lot of the other necessary inspection on the 120000 km list? This was found out when I had to replace my tyres at another outlet! They also failed to find the cause of a knocking / creaking sound from under the front of the car? Although the owner was very nice and polite, I'm sorry to I wouldn't trust taking my car back to them! Missing the brakes like that was totally unprofessional! ... view more
