Unaware of my booking. Did not contact me when service complete. Unaware of afterpay arrangement. No service report. Difficult parking. Seat moved. No communication between servicemen, shop staff and myself.

Hi Donelle sorry for lack of communications, we just have new workshop reception staff and was not aware of Auto Guru booking procedure rest assured it wont happen again.and i have spoken to mechanic regarding seat is not put back to original position. ... view more
