I was booked for the 27th via the website, confirmation was received, etc. Around 4:30 pm on the day I had placed the booking, received a call from mycar that my booking was 1 of a couple (assuming through online) that was double booked. They refused to accept the quote that I had paid for the logbook service requested even after showing them the breakdown. They ended up charging me more than the original quote as the gentleman said not sure who quoted this but they have quoted an incorrect price. He was so rude and intimidating. They were trying to charge me $200 more but ended up paying $80 more in the end as I was so beside myself. I could have got it done at Mazda in the end with better customer service. Booked the car early as I needed it in the afternoon for appointments when I said that to him he goes you probably won't get it back before 4 pm as we are busy and short of staff so not going to happen. ... view more
