Didn't fill the engine oil receiver fully. Says the car needs transmission specialist, after go to one he says that there is no major reason (cancelling my same day shift for nothing).

Hi, Ofek terrible you feel this way. As stated on the invoice and explained to you in detail about the engine oil leak from the timing case on your Mazda tribute hence the low oil level. In our eyes, the automatic transmission is due for service due to the discoloured smelly fluid in the transmission. This is why we recommended you to an automatic transmission specialist for it to be serviced as these transmissions left like this will eventually suffer a catastrophic failure and then costing thousands to have replaced and or rebuilt. Another thing we would also like to remind you of the play in the steering components such as the left-hand rack which will cause your tyres to wear out much faster than intended and also can be a roadworthiness issue. The other things also mentioned to you were the front lower control arm bushes torn having excessive movement and also the drive belt required replacement, wiper blades streaking and an unserviceable engine mount. These are all things that we would expect a Mazda Tribute with the current mileage that your car has (270486klms) to have wrong with them when not being serviced to the safe roadworthy standard that we here at StepUp Automotive do. We like people that like their cars as we are car enthusiasts that care about road safety and reliability. We have checked with the 2 transmission specialists that we use and recommend who are the best in the business and both have informed us that no one with your name or vehicle has been there. So after me going right through this investigation with the evidence produced to me by all parties I have come to the conclusion that my team have done their jobs exactly how they should and that's thoroughly inspecting the vehicles, again your's 270000klms (high mileage). Making sure all guests know and understand were the cars are great or if they require attention (such as your car).
