I would like to address that the car was done perfectly but would also love to make a review on sal who did my car. He was rude and disrespectful when the first review came out. Kept nagging me and telling me to take it down, obviously he cares more about the amount of stars he gets then what hes doing for his job. Very disrespectful to me. About a week ago your car came on a tow truck a day before your service booking as it would not start.I diagnosed the vehicle to have a weak spark from the distributor.We advised you of the labour and parts prices as follows:Complete new distributor unit $540+gst from Repco and a labour price of $200+ gst to diagnose the starting issue and replace the distributor.Also I advised you that the spark plugs were worn and if not replaced they would misfire and damage the distributor again.The cost to remove the intake and replace the 6 spark plugs and intake gasket was $227+ gst.Total cost was $1064.You said to go ahead and we did an afterpay application for which you was not approved so we agreed that you may pay it off with me in the next few weeks.I advised you that your service with Auto guru included ATF fluid and fuel filter change and that these items were recently replaced just before you bought the car and that this credit has been used for the fuel treatment,mass air flow sensor,upper cylinder and throttle body clean.Also advised you that next time you need to budget an amount of $800 for front brake pads and rotors,brake flush and new engine mount.So what is a rip off ???
