I gave them the whole day with my car, then called up and was told my car would be ready at 4:30pm so we got there and my car was still on the hoist at 5pm. Then found out there were more problems with my car and I appreciate what they had told me but one of the problems they had stated was supposed to be done in the service, I was then told it was done so made me wonder if it was done or not. Then my mother and I were talking saying we are glad I got it done on a day where we weren’t running on time and one of the salespersons said “ time-poor are we lady’s?” Which to me I thought was very rude. After all of that, I got in my car and it stunk like dirty grease I had to buy an air freshener to try and get some of the smell out of the car.
