There are no words to express how grateful I am to Angelo and Paul. Not only was I not in a particularly good mood after finding out the service I had thought was done was not, I was also extremely tired and stressed at the potential cost. I was treated with respect and courtesy, provided with a professional, efficient and cost effective service and the price was more than half the cost I had been previously quoted. In addition I was made aware of the brakes and given a timeframe without scare tactics to address them. When I drove away the difference I could feel in the vehicle was mind blowing it just felt so good. Traveling on average 2000km a week for work I think it is fair to say I have never been happier or felt safer than I do now knowing that Bats Automotive are going to be taking care of my vehicle.
