Car: 2013 Renault Megane Trophy R265+ Wow, I’ve been looking for a really trust worthy mechanic for years now since I live far from my original one. The 5 star rating for THL Auto is genuine and now being a customer - I can tell why! I’m a single mom that had previously been swindled when it comes to servicing my car. I choose them because of the quoted price being $500-$900 cheaper than their competitors. So I went for it and boy, it was the best choice I made. Here’s my experience. I dropped the car and received $10 uber voucher. The office was nice, clean and bright for a mechanic place. Discussed concerns I had with the car and all noted. I received a quote for the extra issues that we had discussed and I was so surprised that the original quote for a normal service was exact to what autoguru had- that’s was amazing. I received constant updates on the work done, including before and after pictures, and an ETA on when the car was ready. I got the car earlier than expected. I was shown all the parts they replaced and here comes the honesty part, one of the jobs was not completed and he not only refunded me in cash but gave me an extra $5 coz we didn’t have change to break the $10, who does that? The car pulled up and it was nicely washed and cleaned too. I really cannot recommend them highly enough. If you are truly looking for honest, trustworthy, great customer service and transparency, with such a competitive price, you have to go here.
